Feeling Overwhelmed?
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming—leaving you stuck, anxious, low, or under pressure. These feelings can affect your relationships, work, school, and everyday life.
Counselling offers a safe and confidential space to explore your challenges without judgement.
With over 20 years of experience, my personal and professional journey continues to shape how I support others. Counselling can help release those “stuck” feelings, build confidence, and give you the opportunity to find your voice.
I provide counselling in the way that suits you best—face-to-face, online video, or by phone. Each session is led by you, at your own pace, as we work together to explore your challenges, develop coping strategies, and move towards your personal goals.
Where I have worked
I have over 20 years of experience working in the field of mental health, with charities including MIND, Place2Be, Eye2Eye, and Gofal.
Before qualifying as a Counsellor, I supported individuals in building resilience by introducing coping strategies and techniques, to help manage everyday challenges.
Currently, I work part-time as a School-Based Counsellor with Place2Be, supporting children aged 5–11. In addition, I provide counselling sessions with MIND and mentor university students as a Sessional Mentor.
Who I have worked with
I have had the privilege of working with adults, young people, and children, supporting hundreds of individuals to better understand and accept themselves. My experience also includes providing parenting and family support, helping children to overcome adverse experiences and build resilience.
I have co-facilitated Minds Mums Matter project, supporting mothers in managing their health and wellbeing through both practical and emotional support.
